TOO MUCH FUN SO TIRED

My mommy and daddy took me to the park.  Now, i know what  a park is because mommy and i used to go to the one down the street all the time.  This one was so different though.  there were these slide things that mom said i could try to go down.  I did all by myself!!  it was so much fun i laughed and then tried to get back up to it but i guess that is a no no and we dont climb slides.  but i really wanted to.  there was this thing that had animals on it that went in a round and round way.  I loved that!! i thought it was so cool!! and the swings oh those were so much fun.  BUt the best part of it all was when i got to play on the slides.  mommy and daddy are so cool when we do things like this.  it was a good day.  i was so tired i went to take a nap.  tomorrow we go to church.
turns out we didnt go to church but we went to this thanksgiving thing.  i didnt care for it so daddy took me to the nursery and let me run.

This is so exciting!  Mommy has all this shiny paper everywhere!  It is easy to rip and i see that she is putting them in boxes, so i have to of course put them where they are supposed to be, which is where i want them. 
I love re arranging the house.  mommy says that its okay but sometimes i think it is not. 
I get to see daddy in the mornings now. not for very long but long enough to brush our teeth together.  then he goes bye bye and i try to get mommy to go too.  I go dadda mama.  she sometimes will take me but not all the time. 
Yesterday i wanted to see dadda and the people he has in his room. i go dadda. I wrote the secretary a note that said hi.  she liked it.  daddy thought it was cool too.  i was so happy to see daddy i walked everywhere with him. 
i got to play with taylor because mommy wanted to do dishes without me.  She said that i was a good boy though.  I learned to say santa while i was with taylor.  Taylor let me play with her phone.  Hello hello. hello.  this is broken no one is talking to me.

But Mom i didnt want to leave nana

i spent a lot of time with my nana recently.  Mom and teetee (my aunt) went shopping and then they went for a long drive.  I also got to see my gg and papa for a bit. 
i didnt want to leave.  I wanted to be close to them all the time.  nana knows how to make me feel better and papa has a vroom vroom im not supposed to be near, but says he is going to take me on someday.

Im back with mama and dada and kitty cat.  Momma has me call nana when we can so i can still talk to her.  I like that dada plays with me more.  we have fun tossing our ball, playing in the bath tub.  Dada can be so cool sometimes. 

We have to leave?

Oh boy.  We went to the church with the place where i can play with toys and other kids my age today.  I remembered i have to play nice with the other kids that may not know me too well.  I made friends with Eldon really quick!  We liked to talk and play.  What is that you say? its time to leave? oh i dont want to.  We were having a lot of fun! 

So mommy and daddy and i made up a song to go with my dinner.  it goes like this: "Chicken and stars Chicken and stars, put some veggies with the chicken and stars. Grab a fruit Grab a fruit put some veggies in the chicken and stars." Thank you, thank you, hold your applause.  I had a whole jar of that. plus a whole cup of applesauce! mommy said that that was 11 ounces of food!  I have to grow! And ill be hungry again in two hours.

I talked to my nana.  She said i could bring my puppy to the house when i come visit her next.  Papa is going to help me name him too.  I cant wait to show them how i can walk. 

NO MORE POKING!!

MOOOM! THAT HURT!!!!
Today Mommy was reading me a book and i decided to scratch myself. well actually i was rubbing my eyes and i scratched.  I didnt mean to.  it hurt though so i said uhoh to get her attention.  she cleaned it up, and got me a bottle, that i liked.
We got dressed and went to see the nurse lady.  i got to play with these cool toys. 
OW they poked me.  FIVE TIMES they poked me. 
I cried. A lot. 
Mommy said it was done and tried to give me a lollipop thingy but i didnt want it. i hurt. 
So many owies today.
mommy ran to the mail and gues what!? My magazine was in!! thats the very Coolest part of today so far!
We went to her work and there was this bug. i grabbed it and it made noise.  mommy screamed and jumped up and down and all i did was play with the bug.  i dont get it. 
momma bug. momma bug.  i was telling her all about it on the way to the library where we checked out books.
at home she put me to bed, but i threw up and had to get her attention. 
i got a bath!! i love baths.  they are so good.  now i am ready to sleep mommy.

OH BOY!

Mommy says that now that I am 1 year old, I have to earn my keep.  What does that mean mommy? 
Mommy said today was a big day. I had these papers in my hand but i wasnt allowed to rip them up because they were very important.  i got to hand them to people.  I even got a batman sticker from one lady to match my batman outfit today!!  how cool!
I am so sleepy. this is hard work!! I mean can you do this all the time? Mommy says i get to see daddy today more than normal.  I got to eat lunch with him and i guess we are going on a trip to the store later and he will be there too! 
This is so cool! i better take a nap so i am ready when it happens.

Mom put up this thing that stops me from getting into the kitchen!! what is it!? its so cruel.

My party Saturday and events up to today.

I had a party!  there were these big round balls there that were so much fun! they werent like real balls though...lighter and they floated.  I loved them.
my gg (great grandma for those who dont know my family) and my nana (grandma) were there.  great grandpa, grandpa, and anut kathryn were there too!! It was so great!
Sarah returned, she is one of dada's friends.  And then my godfamily, the brookmans.

Presents!! for me!! woah i didnt know!!  hey let me rip that thing open! Oh neat!! a book.  I like books.  Super cool! I got a batman outift!!

mommy and daddy gave me books, george books. i like george.
Sarahs present was the COOLEST!! it was a train with animals and it made noises and you wont believe this! it had a Ferris wheel on the back of the train and it spins!! that was the best part. i like that toy.

nana and grandpa and aunt kathryn gave me this stacking tower that lights up and makes music. along with a dog!  i can sit on it walk it or feed it!

GG got me a monkey blanket and a set of blocks with a wagon.

I dont know what this awesome time is, but they put cake infront of me and expected me to eat it...like get messy and stuff.  I dont really care to do that.  but i poked at it and let them take pictures.   They sang to me too.

At church, miss kami gave me a batman and a batmobile. it also makes noise and i like it because it moves.  and has wheels.

Mommy and i have been getting up in the mornings and going on a walk.  i like walks.  its so fun to sit and watch the stroller wheels go.  sometimes there are other people but not a lot of the time.

Today, mommy yelled at me a lot.  i dont know what i was doing.  I was playing with the sunscreen and eating it and painting on the floor with it.  I tried to eat the smell good thing because it smelled good and she yelled at me more.  Dada isnt here either so i cant play with him.

church is not fun if miss kami isnt there

mommy took me to church today.  i looked all over for miss kami.  She wasnt there so i decided i wasnt going to behave.  it wasnt that fun anyway.  Until communion when everyone else was getting food and drinks and i wasnt.  hey give me that cup mommy.  i want to play with it.

mommy took me out of the church to the nursery and there was so many toys! i even put back the ones i didnt want to play with so that next time i could find them again.

wet

the pool. the pool. i love the pool.  i love swimming. i love swimming. the pool the pool the pool is cool.

Hi again.  I have learned how to swim and i like it.  mommy puts me in this stupid floaty that i hate but i stay in it because i know that she needs to swim too.  i like going to the pool because i like to swim.  i like going to the pool because i like seeing daddy.  daddy makes sure we are all safe.

Today we cant go to the pool.  its too cold. it is only fifty degrees daddy said.  today, mommy opened the door and there was this wet stuff everywhere!  it is kind of cool so im going to talk to it, sing it a song and bang on the door so it can hear me.  mommy said it was rain. and that it makes things cool off.  she said that it is wet.  i like looking at the rain.

i do not like the rain! it is scary. there is a lot of big booms and a big flash and its cold!

Theres so much to be done!

Mommy is freaking out because we are going on a week long trip on sunday.  HEY YEA!!! i get to see grandpa eric!!  he has this cool motorcycle.  AND, if i dont have to watch mommy watch dr who anymore that will be cool.  I hope grandpa has little mermaid.  i really like that.

I do not like my playpen.  it is the worst thing to ever happen to me! Mom puts me in it when she is doing chores and stuff and its soooooooo big and full of emptiness.  Sometimes i like to cry about it for nothing, even though i am having fun in it with the toys she has given me to play with.

I went to the store with them and man, i got to play with the bread and this plastic case holding in food and we just had so much fun!

i got to sit around the big table at the restaurant and  mom even gave me some fries and daddy gave me some of his bread from his hamburger and they tasted weird but i couldnt help but ask for more.

i did go to the doctor.  I have to tell you something about them doctors...they are super scary!  I like the pretty nurses they are funny and they make me laugh.  i got a book too!  however, its like so terrible when the doctor comes in.

Life is pretty cool

Yesterday, Mommy and I went to the swimming pool.  I like swimming, but i dont know about this one.  I had to be lathered up in this seriously weird smelling stuff called sunscreen lotion....but it didnt smell or feel like the normal lotions...

Then the water was too deep for me to sit in and play in.  Mommy held my hands and i tried to walk but  it was just not fun.  Also, as i was sitting in the pool on mommy's lap of course, i splashed and kicked.  It was not so bad but i couldnt swim like i normally do because it was too shallow for mommy but she didnt take me to the big kid pool because of the mean big kids. I liked it okay but i got cold really fast and my feet turned purple! i was shivering too.  So mommy said we had to leave but we would be back later with daddy maybe even!
Update: we didnt go back, but i DID get to jump in my johnny jump up and take a bath. I can squirt water from my duckies now like daddy.

Today i went to church with mommy. lots of lights and fans going.  I like sining when everyone else isnt.  It lets them know i am there.  i also like dropping all my toys on the floor so mommy has to find a new way of keeping me entertained. hey cool a different toy. I love you mom, you know just how to keep me happy.
Afterwards i got to crawl all over everything and it was so cool!  I even got to play with miss Kami! she didnt have a necklace today though.

Wait, what is going on?

Mom came into my room and pulled me up out of the crib and changed me! not that it matters because that is what she usually does but i think i just got to sleep and here she is waking me up and stuff.
wait, what is that you say? you have peas and yogurt melties? im so in.  No like really. Put that whole container in my mouth.
eh, i guess im not as hungry as i thought.

Daddy isnt anywhere to be seen. I hope he is just playing peek a boo.  Maybe he is!  lets just spit the rest of the peas onto the tray and find out.  Mom cleaned me and the peas mess up and put me in the play pen. oh man i dont know about this thing...its sort of like a crib but its really weird.  I dont know if i like it or not. but hey i got a bottle so no big deal there.  And what is this, some music.  i like that.

i think i can handle this.

This Day ROCKS

So far today, I have been up on time, fed, changed, and played with! But that isnt even the best part!  I got to see daddy all this time!  He is here when i wake up but by the time it comes to play he is all gone.  So being able to play with daddy today was fun!  Mommy and daddy and I went on an adventure together. We want to go to triton to swim.  Daddy says its a water like moon near jupiter...im sure it is going to be fun!  Well no one is responding to our request to land so we have to stay on our ship until it happens so we have made a tent.  Tents dont stay up in space though so it has fallen down a lot.

I decided to give mommy and daddy a break and take a nap.

Just Say No To Crawling

Dear Mother and Father:
I do not care to be on the floor right now. I do not want to be on my stomach.  I do just want to play with toys and be on my back.  I quite enjoy rolling around from side to side and turning in circles.  There is nothing you can...hey a piece of paper! I am so playing with that.

everything is so new

Mom, I cannot believe that you wouldnt realize how much fun it is to just let you hold my bottle.  I know that I can and you know that I can, but if you are holding it, i dont have to  leaving my hands free to scratch you or pull at your hoodie strings.

New rule though, if it is shiny and moving, it is mine and i want it.

Peas omg mom peas are so awesome. just give them all to me now.  No, dont spoon feed me, just give me the spoon and the container so that i can feed myself.

You are always telling me how good i do anyways.  Oh you want to clean me up? nah, im pretty sure it is more fun to just sit here and play in the peas.  Just wait until i poop too, mom.

Daddy has been home this whole week from work.  it like that.  Daddy is super cool.  He makes funny faces at me and i get to help him play on his big computer thing.  its so fun to see the shapes and the colors go around and around.  He wont let me touch the buttons though.

I can make a new sound by clicking my tongue on the top of my mouth. it is the best thing ever!

I like to eat my hands and my toes. everyone says that i am cool and cute and yea, i know it, but i like to hear it.

i was baptized at church.  the pastor said the water was from the jordan river.  mommy promised she would tell me more later.  all i know is that that bowl looked like a swimming pool and i wanted to play in it.  too bad they passed me around and i fell asleep!

Teething is tough

I am just a lil baby here! Seriously, why does no one seem to realize how tough teething is on me?  I am fussy and chewing on everything.  Its a sign, i mean really mom, get it together.  I love chewing on the cold wash rags you give me, but i think its time we talked about something a little more powerful than that. 
Teething tablets.  My teeth bother me and i know you are trying hard mom.  I love that you are.  Give them to me now!  I wont eat or sleep until you give them to me. 
I must chew on everything, suck on wash rags, shirts, my thumb, heck, your thumb will work too!
I am crying because i have no other way to tell you how much i need your help with this one mom.  I cant really tell you in words, but listen to my cries!
Tylenol.  I like that stuff too. It tastes good and helps me too.  Please give me some of that if you have it.  I like it as much as the teething tablets.
